How do I log in to MobileServe for the first time?

STEP

Download the MobileServe app from the App Store

Download the MobileServe app to your preferred device from the App Store. This can be downloaded your school iPad and/or your personal phone.

Launch the MobileServe app and tap the Microsoft icon

Depending on MobileServe updates the icon could be in a different location or you could see more or less options than what is shown in the photo.

Tap 'Continue'

STEP

Enter your NRCA email address and tap 'Next'

STEP

Enter your NRCA Password and tap 'Sign in'

STEP

If you have never logged in to MobileServe you will get an authentication error - tap 'OK'

STEP

Leave MobileServe, launch your NRCA Outlook email, and locate the email from 'Team MobileServe'

STEP

In the MobileServe email scroll down and click 'Verify Email Address'

STEP

MobileServe will verify email and launch MobileServe in the web-browser

STEP

Go back and launch the MobileServe app and log in with your NRCA Microsoft credentials as shown in steps 2-5

STEP

Tap 'Allow'

If you are presented with any screens asking for organizations or codes, tap 'SKIP'.

STEP

You are now ready to 'Log Hours'
