How do I order lunch for my student?

Lunch can be ordered for the day from midnight until 8:15 am each day. At this time we do not have the option to order in advance, as orders must be placed on the day in which it will be received. 

If you are ordering lunch for multiple students then you will need to log in and log out for each student you are ordering for. 

Lunch can be ordered from any device that has a web browser and a connection to the Internet.

Tap 'Lunch Ordering'

Tap 'Sign in'

Tapping either 'Sign in' takes you to the same log in screen.

Enter your student's NRCA email address and tap 'Next'

All NRCA students have a NRCA email address and password. These credentials are used to log into most NRCA platforms. Even though all students have a NRCA email address, the capability to send and receive emails in not activated until students reach middle school.

Enter your student's NRCA password and tap 'Sign in'

Tap the drop-down arrow under 'Menu Item'

Tap one of the choices to add to your student's order

The drop down menu will populate each day with the vendor menu items available for the day. Drinks, snack items, ice cream, etc. is not ordered through this system.

Monday - Chick-Fil-A
Tuesday - Jersey Mike's Subs
Wednesday - Moe's Southwest Grill
Thursday - Chick-Fil-A
Friday - Domino's Pizza

Tap '+ Add Item' to add multiple items to your student's order

STEP

Add a second menu item and when you are done tap 'Submit Order'

STEP

Under 'Status' you will see the order has been 'Submitted' to Cafeteria staff

STEP

On the 'View Transactions' page you can see all 'Completed' orders for the year

This page not only shows the ordered and received food items, included snacks, it will show funds that have been added to the student's account.
